I understand its hard to keep count on our calories especially on days when we use up a lot of our energy or even on the days we have a cheat meal.🍨🍧🍦🍥 So here's something we can do!🍉 . .
💪Step 1: Count your total calories for the week.
(e.g. 1500 calories/day multiply by 7days =10,500 calories/week) .

💪Step 2: Instead of having 1500 calories consistently everyday you can divide them to the days that may need more and substitute by having less on another day.
(e.g. Monday = 1500 calories/day
Tuesday = 1500 calories/day
Wednesday = 1500 calories/day
Thursday = 2000 calories/day (maybe you need more energy for that day or have a cheat meal)
Friday = 1000 calories/day (substitute by having less for the previously added calories)
Saturday = 1500 calories/day
Sunday = 1500 calories/day
Total = 10,500/week
